I orchestrate planning and execution of cross-functional projects, optimize the CEO’s time and workflow, and run the leadership team’s operating rhythm so decisions, owners, and timelines are clear.

Executive Operations & Workflow

Serving as a central hub for alignment and communication, I connect the CEO, leadership team, and broader staff, while improving processes and tracking key metrics to support scalable operations. My work also includes partnering on org design and senior hiring, reinforcing culture, and helping manage sensitive or high-stakes relationships with stakeholders such as the board or key partners.

Special Projects
In addition, I take on complex, ambiguous special projects that cut across departments, standing up new initiatives until they can transition to a permanent owner.

Fractional Chief Learning Officer (CLO)

From analysis to implementation, I provide tailored learning pathways from onboarding through leadership pipelines so individuals, teams, and executives build the skills they need now and for the future.
