  1. Factional leader
    I temporarily take on a distinct leadership role in your organization for an extended period of time. I provide work coverage and leadership while streamlining process and procedures. Perfect for small organizations and start-ups needing to fill gaps without full-time employee overhead or sacrificing talent and experience. This is also a good fit for larger organizations who need help setting up and shaping a new role without risking disruption to a full-time employee. I charge a monthly retainer based on hours and project scope.

  2. Consultant/1099 employee
    I help you complete the work and charge an hourly rate, generally billed every two weeks.
